Wan2GP Wan2.1 I2V LoRA Samples Part:01

Introduction

I have been using Wan2GP for a while now. It is my goto for Flux image generation, Qwen Image Edit, and lip synching images to cloned audio with audio using the Wan 2.1 – Fusion X – MultiTalk workflow. I use Wan2GP now instead of SD WebUI Forge due to the fact that I can rent an RTX5090 for under $0.40 on vast.ai, really speeding generation up and adding higher resolution generation capabilities.

LoRA Collection Download

One thing I kept noticing inside Wan2GP was the sheer number of downloadable LoRAs just… sitting there. So I finally decided to explore them properly. In this post, I take a single starting image and run it through every LoRA using its default settings, giving each one the same treatment. The videos were generated with the Wan2.1, Image2Video 14B, 480p workflow, with Tea Cache bumped up to x2 to shave off a bit of waiting time. Even then, each render still hovered around the seven to eight-minute mark – long enough for a cup of tea, short enough to end up with a lot of footage by the end.
